Please download and complete a conference registration form and return it via fax (608) 365-6850 or e-mail. If paying by credit card, please do not write your credit card information on the form. We will call you to obtain that information for direct entry into our virtual terminal. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Pricing for Conference Attendees starts at $89! - Prior to October 8, 2009, the conference fee is $89 for members of the Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce and/or the Midwest Food Processors Association and $99 per person for non-members. On October 8, 2009 the cost of registration will be increased to $109 per person for members of the GBCC or MWFPA and $119 per person for non-members. All conference programs, lunch and green building tour are included in the conference registration fee. Link to registration form.

Pricing for No Travel Trade Show is only $100! - In order to promote sustainability by saving exhibitors the resources required to travel to our conference, we have developed a plan to share information provided by suppliers of sustainable products or services to conference attendees for a nominal fee. If you wish to participate in this program, please complete the "No Travel Trade Show" Registration Form" and return it to our office via fax or e-mail. Then simply send your payment of $100 along with the materials that you would like to provide to conference attendees to the address on the form. Past experience indicates that we will have approximately 100 conference attendees from 50 different companies. We will also include your company name and a link to your website on this page and provide your company information in the printed event program which will be provided to all conference attendees.
